چکیده

Abstract This study aims to examine the inhibitory properties of Trichoderma asperellum Tc-Jjr-02 against Rhizoctonia sp. Rz-Sd05, and associated effects its combined application with liquid tofu waste on damping-off disease in soybeans, as well vegetative growth parameters plant. An vitro dual-culture technique was employed for inhibition test, while vivo plant were examined using a factorial Randomized Block Design. Observational variables included symptom index, height, leaf number, dry weights shoot root. The T. found inhibit Rz-Sd05 by 58.52 ± 4.12%, reducing symptoms up 69.8%. Furthermore, co-application significantly improved soybean’s growth, leading increases 27.3-35.8% 16.1-25.2% numbers, 31.3% 47.5% root respectively, compared control conditions. These findings suggest that can effectively mitigate enhance soybean providing sustainable approach improving crop health yield.

Liquid culture production of microsclerotia and submerged conidia by Trichoderma harzianum active against damping-off disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani.

Media and culturing protocols were identified that supported the formation of submerged conidia and microsclerotia (MS) by Trichoderma harzianum Rifai strain T-22 using liquid culture fermentation. Liquid media with a higher carbon concentration (36 g L(-1)) promoted MS formation at all C:N ratios tested. Hyphae aggregated to form MS after 2 d growth and after 7 d MS were fully melanized. This ...

Trichoderma asperellum T42 Reprograms Tobacco for Enhanced Nitrogen Utilization Efficiency and Plant Growth When Fed with N Nutrients

Trichoderma spp., are saprophytic fungi that can improve plant growth through increased nutrient acquisition and change in the root architecture. In the present study, we demonstrate that Trichoderma asperellum T42 mediate enhancement in host biomass, total nitrogen content, nitric oxide (NO) production and cytosolic Ca2+ accumulation in tobacco. T42 inoculation enhanced lateral root, root hair...
